I am a retired engineer now living in Wales, UK, after nine years away in the Far East. Photography has been an interest of mine for many years but since retiring in 2001, I have had the opportunity to do a lot of traveling which has added greatly to my collection of images.



But, as the Walras said, the time has come to think of other things, or words to that effect. So, we have taken up Backpackering as a substitute for long distance travels, using only public transport, trains, buses and our legs. Tap the image to see the results.
